Chef Steven Harris has been cooking in restaurants around the San Antonio area for over 20 years now. As a young man he grew up watching his Mother and Grand Mother deliver made from scratch wonderful Southern meals for their family. Chef Steven always loved cooking and envisioned having his own restaurant one day. In High School, Steven started to date his soul-mate, future wife, and mother to his children, Cindy Kirk. They married in 2001 and the Lord blessed them with two wonderful children. Cindy's Dad, Mr. Alvis Kirk (Mr. A-OK), always envisioned himself opening up his own restaurant as he too, liked to cook for the masses. Over the years there was always conversations around the home about opening a restaurant but it never was realized before Mr. A-OK was called home by the Lord. Trusting in the Lord, Chef Steven and Cindy decided that 2018 was the year to bring all of their dreams to reality. They honor Dad and Father-In-Law by naming this establishment in his honor,
